The Participation fee may vary (from USD 1000 till USD 1700). Please choose a particular ABC Fair to see the participation fee.
The standard participation fee includes the following package:
- The use of the virtual platform for the ABC Fairs.
- The creation of the institution fair page (using materials provided by the Customer).

- The registered student database after the fair.

- Webinar platform (+ EUR 300).
- Staff for lease - upon availability (+ EUR 1500/day/1 person for English/French/Portuguese/Spanish-speaking staff, + EUR 2000/day/1 person for Arab-speaking staff). The prior instruction (full training) is required from your side.
Yes, the institution can participate in several events. Please keep in mind that if the fairs are conducted simultaneously, you will have additional work load, please plan your work force accordingly.

It is strongly recommended to be online and reachable via phone, WhatsApp, Viber for text chats, voice calls and video calls. Students will contact you and you are supposed to be open for communication, their questions with the aim to engage prospective students. Your participation results depend heavily on this.
We recommend adding to the institution fair page the items, which can be useful for prospective students and their parents. The fair page is intended to provide a clear and true description of the institution, its programs, facilities and other study-related points. You can place the following items:
